01 / The Brief & The Problem
One piece of land in Alwar, three divisions to be built on it in sequence, and several audiences who each needed to understand what exists today and what is still ahead.
Partners and investors want the roadmap, the governance and who owns what. Nothing is producing yet. The Alwar land acquisition is still in progress, contract poultry is the first phase to be built, and farming and the retreat follow it. The platform had to carry that sequence honestly, leaving room for each phase without presenting any of them as something a visitor can buy from or book today.
The venture is entirely family-owned, so the platform also had to make that ownership and its decision-making transparent, which is a deliberate part of the pitch.
02 / Strategic Approach
The platform states the plan plainly across roadmap and governance pages, including the 16,000-bird-per-cycle poultry model that Gaurav is structuring with the contract integrator, and the investor relations he handles. It is static and cheap to host, which matters for a venture whose capital belongs in land and sheds rather than in servers.
The current build reorganises the site into three worlds, poultry, farming and retreat, each carrying its own palette and imagery through a small design-token layer while navigation, typography and components stay shared, so the holding reads as one business with three faces. That is what a visitor sees today.

The platform is live, and it sets out the roadmap and governance the family is working to.
Ruach's Farms is reachable at ruachs-farms.vercel.app. The deployment proves the platform ships and is publicly readable. It does not prove any division is trading, and the site itself records the Alwar land acquisition as in progress. Figures such as the per-cycle poultry capacity come from the operator and are labelled first-party wherever they appear on this site.
It is the second venture behind this portfolio, and the reason the experience timeline lists strategy and investor relations alongside design and code.
